Prerequisites

• sFiles 1.63 or later is installed.
• You have access to the sFiles Manager Lightning App and its Tenants tab (available via the sFiles Manager permission set).
• You are assigned sFiles admin permissions.

Purpose

The sFiles Manager Tenants tab lets admins view and modify Tenants, which represent a connection to SharePoint via a specific Azure tenant. These Tenant records also contain other org-wide sFiles settings such as event logging and branding.

NOTE: Only orgs with sFiles Enterprise can have more than one Tenant.

NOTE: Tenants are the same thing as the SharePoint Settings custom metadata. They are not a new object.

Tenants List View

First navigating to the Tenants tab reveals a list view of all configured Tenants. The default view displays the name of the Tenant, its SharePoint domain, and when the Tenant was last modified.

Buttons for creating a new Tenant and refreshing the list view are available in the upper right section of the page. The New button launches a setup wizard to help admins walk through connecting to SharePoint.

Tenant Record Page

A Tenant record has three tabs:

• Details: Settings related to the default Azure/SharePoint connection.
• Callout Settings: Settings related to how sFiles handles sending requests to SharePoint.
• UI Settings: Settings related to the branding and behavior of the sFiles components.

Several action buttons are available in the record header:

• New: Launches the same setup wizard as the one from the list view to create a new Tenant record.
• Delete: Deletes the current Tenant.
• Clone: Clones the current Tenant.

Details Tab

Field Label	Type	Description
*AD Org Id	Text	The Azure Active Directory tenant identifier used by this SharePoint connection. To find this ID, navigate here as an admin of your Azure tenant.
*Document Library	Lookup	The default SharePoint document library used by this tenant. Stored as an ID on the corresponding SharePoint Settings metadata record.
*Label	Text	The display label of this Tenant record.
Last Modified Date	Date/Time	The date/time this Tenant was last modified.
*Name	Text	The developer name of this Tenant record.
*Named Credential	Lookup	The Named Credential that authenticates with this SharePoint tenant. Stored as the API name on the corresponding SharePoint Settings metadata record.
*SharePoint Domain Name	Text	The SharePoint host name of the tenant.
*Site	Lookup	The default SharePoint site used by this tenant. Stored as an ID on the corresponding SharePoint Settings metadata record.

Callout Settings Tab

Field Label	Type	Description
Folder Structure Max Callout Size	Number	Use when instructed by support to address SharePoint latency issues in certain environments. The maximum callout size is 80.
Folder Structure Column Max Callout Size	Number	Use when instructed by support to address SharePoint latency issues in certain environments. The maximum callout size with custom columns is 35.
Log Level	Picklist	The granularity of logs captured by sFiles.
Reset Bad Folder Id	Checkbox	When checked, sFiles will automatically update an invalid SharePoint Folder Id on a Salesforce record to the correct Id and notify the user that the Id was updated.

UI Settings Tab

Field Label	Type	Description
Custom Color	Text	Enter a CSS color value to customize the color of the sFiles component (e.g. blue, #0000ff, rgb(0,0,255)).
Custom Logo Asset Filename	Text	Change the logo on the sFiles component by uploading a logo into the Asset Library, sharing it org-wide, and entering the asset file name into this field. Alternatively, enter "none" to hide the logo.
Error Message Mode	Picklist	Controls how long sFiles error messages stay visible.
File Uploader Type	Picklist	Choose whether the standard sFiles upload window (Salesforce) or a SharePoint pop-up window (SharePoint) is displayed when internal users upload files.
Upload Success Page URL	Text	If File Uploader Type is SharePoint, the SharePoint pop-up will navigate to this URL after a file is uploaded.
