Prerequisites

• sFiles 1.63 or later is installed.
• You have access to the sFiles Manager Lightning App and its Home tab (available via the sFiles Manager permission set).
• If sFiles has not been set up yet, you must be the System Administrator that installed sFiles.

Purpose

The sFiles Manager Home tab provides easy first-time setup steps, displays featured support articles, highlights information about the sFiles installation, and lists recent sFiles announcements.

First-Time Setup / Welcome Screen

The first-time setup screen in the upper center of the page displays guidance on how to set up sFiles. First, the screen ensures your user is authenticated to use the sFiles Manager. Next, the screen provides a button to launch the setup wizard. Once setup is complete, the screen shows welcome information and directs admins to our support articles for assistance.

Featured Articles

The articles beneath the welcome screen highlight recent features and other how-to articles that could be helpful for admins managing sFiles. These articles are cycled each sFiles release.

sFiles & Org Highlights

The left column displays information about your sFiles installation, such as what features are enabled with your license, and gives easy access to organization details that are useful when contacting sFiles support, such as your Org ID.

Announcements

The right column displays recent sFiles news, such as features, enhancements, and fixes included in the latest release or patch.
