Prerequisites

• sFiles 1.63 or later is installed.
• You have access to the sFiles Manager Lightning App and its Utility tab (available via the sFiles Manager permission set).
• You are assigned sFiles admin permissions.

Purpose

The sFiles Manager Support tab provides easy access to sFiles documentation and a simple form to submit sFiles support cases.

Self-Service Support

The self-service support button links to the home page of our documentation site, letting admins easily navigate to documentation from the sFiles Manager.

Submit a Case

The submit a case button redirects admins to a case-submission form. While customers can directly email support@sfiles.io for assistance, we recommend using this form to automatically include your org ID, and we plan to introduce features to let admins select what other sFiles configuration details should be sent to support.
