Prerequisites

• sFiles component is setup on a lightning record page for an object. To configure, see our article: Brand new sFiles setup.
• sFiles is setup on an object for Experience Cloud. To configure sFiles for experience cloud, please use the Experience Cloud Setup Wizard in the sFiles Admin Panel (Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages > click configure next to "sFiles") or follow our article, How to set sFiles Enterprise up on Experience Cloud.

Summary

The sFiles Uploader component uploads files to a SharePoint folder. It can also be configured to display a list of all files and folders that the user has permission to view and allows download of files using a secure dynamically generated hyperlink.The component is built using Lightning Web Components and is designed to work within a record context It can be configured through the UI or wrapped in a custom component. See below for all the fields that can be configured on the component and examples of how to wrap this component.

Field Descriptions

Label	Name	Description
Record Id	recordId	Override the record Id when not placed on a specific record page context. Ex. 00152000019af7YAAQ
Label	label	Larger label to show above the upload form. Ex. My Uploader
Help Text	helptext	Small text to show above the upload form. Ex. Please Upload your document here
SharePoint Object Settings Key	uniqueId	Unique key of SharePoint Object Settings generated by Object Settings Key Generator in sFiles App Settings.
List View Display Type	type	Choose whether to display the files and folders in this folder in a card view or list view, or none at all. None List Card
Show Folders	showFolders	Whether to display subfolders or not. Defaults to false.
Show File Icon	showFileIcon	Show the file icon next to the name.
Search type (Only if List view is displayed))	searchType	Quick filter will filter down the folder by name. Search (beta) will search the contents of the folder and also enable you to search children. Options include: None: No search field will display. Quick filter: Quickly filters the loaded items in the list view. Search: Searches for files or folders in the current folder.
Max Height	maxHeight	Maximum height in pixels of the component. Ex. 350
Narrow Mode Width	narrowModeWidth	Sets the pixel width at which sFiles switches to narrow mode. The minimum value is 0px, with a default of 500px. Setting the width to "0" prevents sFiles from switching to narrow mode. Setting it to a large value, such as "100000," keeps sFiles in narrow mode at all times. Ex. 200
Site Id field name	siteIdField	Override your default site by entering the name of the field where the Site Id is kept. Ex. Site_Override__c
Document Library Id field name	documentLibraryIdField	Override your default Document Library by entering the name of the field where the Document Library Id is kept. Ex. Document_Library_Override__c
