Features

• sFiles Manager: A new Lightning Application that houses most sFiles administrative needs! See About the sFiles Manager.
• Revised Setup Flows: When performing first-time setup, connecting a new SharePoint tenant, or configuring new object-level settings, these updated flows help walk you through all necessary steps!
• Tenant Records: A new interface for SharePoint Settings metadata records with a fresh Lightning look, descriptive help text, and other components! See Tenants.
• Object Settings Records: A new interface for SharePoint Object Settings metadata records with a fresh Lightning look, descriptive help text, and other components! See Objects.
• SharePoint Lookup Fields: Modify what sites, libraries, folders, and columns are stored on Tenants or Object Settings without needing to copy and paste IDs!
• Initial Folder Structure Tool: Modify what subfolders are automatically created upon record folder setup!
• Visible Columns Tool: Modify what SharePoint columns are visible in the Standard/Enterprise/Full-Feature sFiles components!
• Automatic Columns Tool: Modify what SharePoint columns will be automatically populated with values when an item is uploaded via sFiles!
• Custom Flow Actions Tool: Modify what custom screens flows can be launched from the Standard/Enterprise/Full-Feature sFiles components!

Enhancements

• Modern Named Credentials: When connecting to a new SharePoint tenant, sFiles now automatically creates a modern Named Credential, External Credential, Per-User Principal, and External Auth Identify Provider. Existing customers using legacy Named Credentials will not experience any interruptions.
• Revised Permission Generation: sFiles now automatically creates admin and user permission set groups upon setup, and a permission set is generated for each new Tenant. The Tenant permission set grants access to Named Credential principal configured for that tenant, and the permission set is added to the groups for easy management.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where opening an item from sFiles would display a 404 error if the "All Items" view was deleted in SharePoint.
• Fixed an issue where an invalid root folder ID caused sFiles to display an unhelpful error.
• Fixed an issue where sFiles would attempt to open a folder as a file if the folder name ended with a file extension.
• Fixed an issue where Custom Flow Actions would not close if the flow didn't include the correct output variables.
• Fixed an issue where the sFiles authenticate button would fail if the label of the configured Named Credential contained a space.
• Fixed an issue where date columns were sorting incorrectly on the sFiles Experience Cloud components.
• Fixed an issue where the "Open in SharePoint" button would fail if the record name contained invalid characters.

Important Technical Notes

The sFiles Manager primarily updates the "Override" version of the "SharePoint Folder Id Field" and "SharePoint Folder Name Field" on the SharePoint Object Settings to reduce redundancy. If you have custom logic built around those fields, we recommend prioritizing the Override value first instead of only using the standard field.

Additionally, we made a new "Object" field on the SharePoint Object Settings that will override the value of the "Salesforce Object" field, and the sFiles Manager will primarily update the new field instead. If you have custom logic built around the legacy field, we recommend updating that logic to prioritize the new one.
