Summary

The sFiles Enterprise component is available as both an LWC and Aura component. It can be configured through the UI or wrapped in a custom component. See below for all the fields that can be configured on the component and examples of how to wrap this component.
  

Field Descriptions

Label	API Name	Description
Max Height of the Component	height	Sets the maximum height of the sFiles component. The default height is "500"(px) and the minimum accepted value is "300" (px). Ex. 350
Narrow Mode Width	narrowModeWidth	Sets the pixel width at which sFiles switches to narrow mode. The minimum value is 0px, with a default of 500px. Setting the width to "0" prevents sFiles from switching to narrow mode. Setting it to a large value, such as "100000," keeps sFiles in narrow mode at all times. Ex. 200
Visibility Options	options	Hides features from being visible on the sFiles component. See our article, Show / Hide UI Elements in Internal Component, to view a list of all available visibility control options. Note: If you want to reveal features rather than conceal them, this must be handled in the object level permissions (Permissions). Ex. HideDeleteFolders,HideDeleteFiles
Uploader Type	uploaderType	Sets the uploader type. Note: drag-and-drop multi-file upload requires the Salesforce uploader.
Search Type	searchType	Defines functionality of the search bar. Filter current folder: The search bar will filter the items currently presented in the list view. Search current folder: The search bar will search the SharePoint folder and present users with a "Search subfolders" button to additionally search subfolders.
File Overwrite Behavior	conflictBehaviorType	How sFiles handles situations where there are two files with the same name when uploading, moving, or copying. Keep both: Keep both files and renames the new file by appending a number to the end of it. Replace (Default): replace the existing file with a new version. Allow user to choose: allow user to select when conflict arises. Note: This behavior only affects files. Folders will always keep both folders and rename no matter the selection.
Display Columns	columnsOverride	Customizes the columns displayed in the list view. See our article, How to display custom columns in the sFiles UI for configuration. To configure, see our article: How to display custom columns in the sFiles UI Ex. Modified:LastModified,Size:Size
Named Credential Field API Name	namedCredentialField	Overrides the named credential name set at the object or org level. To configure, enter the object field API name that contains the named credential name. Ex. Named_Credential_Name__c
Site Id Field API Name	siteIdField	Overrides the default site selected at the object or org level. This field is used in the configuration, Allowing User-Managed Site/Library/Folder linking. To configure, enter the object field API name that contains the site Id. Site Id's can be found using the Id Search Utility, Search by Path Utility or sFiles API. Note: changing the site will likely also require you to update the Document Library and Root Folder locations using the next two fields (Document Library Id Field API Name & Root Id Field API Name). Ex. Site_Override__c
Document Library Id Field API Name	documentLibraryIdField	Overrides the default document library selected at the object or org level. This field is used in the configuration, Allowing User-Managed Site/Library/Folder linking. To configure, enter the object field API name that contains the document library Id. Document library Id's can be found using the Id Search Utility, Search by Path Utility or sFiles API. Note: changing the site will likely also require you to update the Root Folder using the next field (Root Id Field API Name). Ex. Document_Library_Override__c
Root Id Field API Name	rootIdField	Overrides the default root folder selected at the object or org level. This field is used in the configuration: Allowing User-Managed Site/Library/Folder linking. To configure, enter the object field API name that contains the root folder Id. Folder Id's can be found using the Id Search Utility, Search by Path Utility or sFiles API. Ex. Root_Folder_Override__c
Folder Id Field API Name	folderIdField	Overrides the SharePoint Folder selected at the object or org level. To configure, enter the object field API name that contains the SharePoint folder Id. Ex. New_SharePoint_Folder_Id__c
Manually Linked Field API Name	folderIdOverrideField	Overrides the SharePoint Folder Id, with a subfolder Id so that the subfolder is displayed instead of the default folder. NOTE: This field is necessary for a user to manually set a subfolder as a default folder. To configure, see our article: Set specific child folder as record default or enter the object field API name that contains the SharePoint Folder Id of the subfolder. Ex. Field_Override__c
Custom SharePoint field values	customFieldDefaults	Automatically sets values in SharePoint columns. To configure, see our article: How to automatically set values in SharePoint columns from sFiles Ex. SalesforceId:[Id]
Site / Document Library Selection Level	selectionLevel	Defines what level a user is allowed to change the folder location in SharePoint. To configure, see our article: Allowing User-Managed Site/Library/Folder linking. Site: Allows user to select Site, Document Library, and Folder. Document Library: Restricts Site to what is set at the object or org level. Folder: Restricts Site and Document Library to what is set at the object or org level.
SharePoint Object Settings Key	objectSettingsKey	This defines which SharePoint object setting to use if there are multiple SharePoint object settings setup for a single object. To configure, see our article: Set up multiple different Object configurations on a single object.
Record Id	recordInfo	Defines the record Id when the sFiles component is not placed in a specific record page context. To configure, enter a hard-coded record Id into the field. Ex. 00152000019af7YAAQ
Object Name	object	Defines the API name of the current Salesforce object. Note: Do not use unless instructed to by support Ex. Account
Share Email Template Name or Id	shareEmailTemplateName	Defines an email template when sharing files via email. To configure, see our article: Share files or folders via email. Ex. Initial Support Response or 00X5Y000003M2rFUAS
Share Email Contact List	shareEmailContactListField	Defines the email or emails that will be pre-selected when sharing files via email. To configure, see our article: Share files or folders via email or enter the object field API name that contains the email or list of emails. Ex. ContactEmail
