Prerequisites

• sFiles Enterprise license
• sFiles version 1.56 or later installed.
  • Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.
• You have followed sFiles setup guide to setup an object with sFiles (Brand new sFiles setup).

Steps to Configure

1. Add a Upload Large SharePoint File action to your flow.

   
   

2. Set action input variables. * = Required

   
   

Input Variables

See the below table for descriptions of each parameter.

 

Name	Description
Destination Folder Id*	The SharePoint Id of the folder where you want to upload the file. NOTE: This must be a valid folder within the Site and Document Library that the user has access to. Ex. 01XLRJ892KEMNVY7T4ZQPHALM77REZWBFA
Document Version Id*	The ContentVersion Id of the file to upload. NOTE: The file must be less than 11MB. Ex. 068ao00000AmpnIAAR
New File Name*	The file name with extension of the file to be uploaded. Be sure to make sure that no illegal characters are in the fileName. Ex. newFile.docx
Object Setting Label*	The label of the SharePoint Object Setting Custom Metadata used to complete the action. To find the label of your SharePoint Object Setting, go to Salesforce Setup > Custom Metadata Types > click "Manage Records" next to SharePoint Object Settings > Use the value in the "Label" column for your SharePoint Object Setting. Ex. Account
Auto Delete	(Optional) Determines whether the ContentVersion uploaded to SharePoint is automatically deleted or not; defaults to false. Ex. {!$GlobalConstant.False}
Columns to Update	(Optional) To set custom fields on the SharePoint file, provide a collection of fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem variables where the NAME is the API name of the SharePoint column and VALUE is the new value. See Using the Custom Column Utility for details.
Document Library Id Override	(Optional) The Id of the SharePoint Document Library that you want to upload the file to. This will override the Document Library Id in the SharePoint Object Setting. Ex. b!a3D9jXp9LuUteRm9yFg7TP00BcAoF2yzLpMIUvH9WcLQFx9OmR-yzQ4_kZq6LpmXK
Record Id	(Optional) This is the Salesforce Record ID associated with the file. It is used to identify the related record for the File_Uploaded__e and File_Uploaded_Community__e platform events. Ex. 001ao00000IkEIXAA3
Replace File	(Optional) Determines whether the uploaded file replaces or renames if another file with the same name exists in the folder you are uploading to. If true, the existing file will be replaced with the file you are uploading. If false, the file you are uploading will be renamed to a unique file name. Defaults to false. Ex. {!$GlobalConstant.True}
Site Id Override	(Optional) The Id of the SharePoint Site that you want to upload the file to. This will override the Site Id in the SharePoint Object Setting. Ex. oscorp.sharepoint.com,5e3c4f21-8abc-4fd2-b197-9f57d203e7a1,bc12de34-45f7-4989-a654-88329ff4ab93

Output Variables

When the action successfully runs, it will return an Apex-Defined variable of the fileforcem1__FlowActionPayload class. See below for explanations of the available properties on this output class:

 

Name	Description
Error	A string of any errors that occurred during the action.
Success	A boolean that returns true if the asynchronous upload job successfully starts and false if it does not. NOTE: This variable does NOT define whether the file was successfully uploaded, for more information on knowing whether a large file upload succeeded see How to perform actions after API or Experience Cloud upload.
