Summary

In sFiles' internal components you can hide certain UI elements on an instance basis. For example, you may not want to show the Upload button on a component on a certain record type, but available on another. Instead of turning off the Feature Permissions at the SharePoint Object Settings level, sFiles allows admins to turn off the visibility of UI elements in the App Builder.

Important note: changing a component's visibility does not restrict SharePoint permissions, but only modifies the sFiles UI. Restricting permissions must be done in SharePoint.

The available options for visibility controls are:

HideOpenButton	Prevents folders and files from being opened in SharePoint. This will hide the Open in SharePoint option for files and folders.	-
HideOpenFolder	Prevents folders from being opened in SharePoint, but not files. This will hide the Open in SharePoint option for folders.	v.1.51.x or later
HidePublicLink	Hides the Create public link option.	-
HideRenameFiles	Hides the Rename option for files.	-
HideRenameFolders	Hides the Rename option for folders.	-
HideSetDefault	Hides the Set as default folder option required to set a specific child folder as record default	-
HideUnlink	Hides the unlink button () in the header to unlink a child folder previously set as the record default. See the article, Set specific child folder as record default for more information.	-
HideUpload	Hides the Upload button in the header.	-
HideSaveWarning	Hides error toast notification when sFiles fails to update a Salesforce record field.	-
HideSearch	Hides the search bar in the header.	v.1.51.x or later
