1. sFiles version summer '24 (v.1.51) or later installed.
   1. Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.

About

sFiles allows admins to customize the settings for a  sharing link created through the Create Public Link, Create Sharing Link  and Share Files via Email features. The Link Sharing Settings field in the SharePoint Object Settings contains permissions in a comma separated form (Salesforce's Setup > Custom Metadata Types > 'Manage Records' in SharePoint Object Settings). Please see below the available settings for this field:

Admin-Defined Link Sharing Settings

See the following table to set a single link sharing setting. By specifying these settings, all other sharing options will be hidden from the user. These settings will override any other link sharing settings.

NOTE: These settings will apply to both the Create Public Link and Share Files via Email features.
