When a user clicks the Create Public Link button, a permanent, read-only public link is generated for the user to copy and send to a recipient. This mimics the SharePoint functionality within Salesforce.

To configure:

1. Open the sFiles Manager.
2. Click the Objects tab.
3. Click the object for which you would like to create public links.
4. Click the specific Object Settings for which you want to enable public links.
5. Click the UI Actions tab.
6. Click the edit icon next to the Create Public Link field.
7. Check the Create Public Link field.
8. Click Save

Now, when you navigate to an sFiles component that is using your configuration, you will see a Create Public Link option in the drop-down for a file or folder.
