These are flexible storage areas that store files within a familiar, folder-based hierarchy.Initial Folder Structure - An admin-defined folder hierarchy that can be created automatically within a record folder in SharePoint.Metadata - Also known as SharePoint document library custom columns. Within SharePoint, you can create custom columns at the document library level. These columns can store metadata related to the files within the document library.Multi-Site - The ability for a Salesforce instance to be configured in order to be attached to more than a single SharePoint site as is typically used with Office Groups or Teams Sites.Named Credential - A Salesforce-protected location to store user OAuth credentials for use by Salesforce integrations.Org Id - The Azure Active Directory tenant Id used to connect to the SharePoint instance. Override Fields - Fields in the Lightning App Builder sFiles component that can override the values specified in SharePoint Object Settings or SharePoint Settings.Record Folder - A folder in a document library that corresponds to a specific record in Salesforce.Root Folder - sFiles uses object folders by default to contain collections of folders of that object type. For instance, in a document library, there may be a folder called "Accounts" that contains record folders related to individual Salesforce accounts. There may also be a folder called "Contacts" that contains folders related to individual Salesforce contacts. In this example, the "Accounts" and "Contacts" folders are both Root Folders.Security Columns - These are custom metadata columns that need to be added to a document library in order to enforce Salesforce sharing rules on files within sFiles.SharePoint Settings - The Salesforce Custom Metadata object that contains org-wide settings for the sFiles integration.SharePoint Object Settings - The Salesforce Custom Metadata object that contains settings at the Salesforce object level for the sFiles integration.Site - A SharePoint site. Sites can be in site collections and an organization can have one or many sites with a number of hierarchies. sFiles Standard Edition connects to a single SharePoint site.
