In order to provide the best support, sFiles support tickets can be initiated from within your Salesforce instance.  This allows the ability for configuration information to be sent to our sFiles support team along with your case so we can better meet your support needs.  The first stop is to review the sFiles documentation found at support.sfiles.io.  If you cannot find an answer to your question, you can open a ticket.

To create a support ticket:

1. Be sure you are logged into the Salesforce org for which you require support.
2. Navigate to Setup>Installed Packages>sFiles and click on "Configure".
3. When the Wizard opens, click "Get Support" in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Click on "Submit a case".
5. A new window will open with your org Id pre-populated. Fill in all of the fields to the best of your ability and a ticket will be created.
6. The support team will then begin email correspondence with you regarding your issue.
