Enable Create Public Link Option

Give your internal users the ability to create a public link to a file or folder from within the sFiles component.

When a user clicks the Create Public Link button, a permanent, read-only public link is generated for the user to copy and send to a recipient. This mimics the SharePoint functionality within Salesforce.

To Configure
1. Navigate to Custom Metadata Types and click SharePoint Object Settings.

2.  Click Manage SharePoint Settings.

3. For the correct object, click Account.

4. Click Edit to access the Permissions field..

5. Add CreatePublicLink to the existing list (at the beginning or end).
6. Click Save.

7. Now navigate to an account record with the sFiles component on it. You will see the new Create Public Link option in the drop-down for a file or folder.
