The Community Event provides the capability for admins to execute code that should occur after a file is uploaded in the sFiles community uploader component (shown below).


After a file is uploaded to the sFiles uploader component, the component will fire a Community_Event__e platform event of type "Upload".

Prerequisites

1. sFiles version 1.50.1 or later installed.
   1. Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.

Trigger Code 

Create a trigger for the Community_Event__e platform event. The following example shows a trigger when an upload occurs:

Fields on the Upload Community_Event__e Event 

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
User_Id__c	The Salesforce User Id that caused the event.
Type__c	"Upload"
Site__c	The SharePoint site Id associated with the action.
