Prerequisites

• sFiles Enterprise license
• sFiles version 1.50.1 or later installed.
  1. Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.
• You have followed sFiles setup guide to setup an object with sFiles (Brand new sFiles setup).

Steps to Configure

1. Add an Action element to your flow.

2. Select the Update SharePoint Columns action. 

Input Variables

1. See the below table for descriptions of each parameter and the below screenshot for an example.

   1. Name	Type	Description
      Columns To Update*	Collection of the apex-defined class: fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem	A collection of fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem variables where the NAME property of each fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem is the API name of the SharePoint column and the VALUE property is the new value of the SharePoint column.
      Object Setting Label*	Text	The label of the SharePoint Object Setting Custom Metadata used to complete the action. To find the label of your SharePoint Object Setting, go to Salesforce Setup > Custom Metadata Types > click "Manage Records" next to SharePoint Object Settings > Use the value in the "Label" column for your SharePoint Object Setting.  Ex. "Account"
      SharePoint Id*	Text	The SharePoint Id of the item to rename.
      Document Library Id Override	Text	The Id of the SharePoint Document Library. This will override the Document Library Id in the SharePoint Object Setting.
      Site Id Override	Text	The Id of the SharePoint Site. This will override the Site Id in the SharePoint Object Setting.

Output Variables

1. When the update SharePoint columns action successfully runs, it will return an Apex-Defined variable of the fileforcem1__FlowActionPayload class. See below for explanations of the available properties on this output class:
   1. Error: Returns a string of any errors that occurred during the action.
   2. Item: A fileforcem1__SharePointItemData Apex-defined variable of the SharePoint item related to the action.
      1. NOTE: The Update SharePoint Columns action only returns the Id property for the Item. It does not return any of the other properties.
   3. Success: Returns a boolean true if the action succeeds and false if it does not.

Preparing the "Columns to Update" collection of fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem

The below provides a simple example of how to build the collection of fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem.

1. Create an Apex-Defined collection variable for the fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem class.

2. Create an Apex-Defined variable for the fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem class for each SharePoint Column you are trying to update.
3. Set the name property on each fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem to the API name of the SharePoint Column. You can use the

To find your SharePoint column's API name, you can use the custom column utility tool in the sFiles admin panel (Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages > click "Configure" next to sFiles > click the Custom Field Utility in the navigation bar). Here, You will find the API names of the custom columns in the
       SharePoint Document Library.
4. Set the value property on each fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem to the new value for that field.

5. This fileforcem1__CustomFieldItem will then need to be added to the collection variable you created in step 2.
