Prerequisites

• sFiles Enterprise license
• sFiles version 1.56 or later installed.
  • Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.
• You have followed sFiles setup guide to setup an object with sFiles (Brand new sFiles setup).

Steps to Configure

1. Add a Move SharePoint Item action to your flow.

   
   

2. Set action input variables. * = Required

See the below table for descriptions of each parameter.

 

Name	Description
Destination Folder Id	The SharePoint Id of the folder to copy the item into. Ex. 01XLRJ892KEMNVY7T4ZQPHALM77REZWBFA
Object Setting Label*	The label of the SharePoint Object Setting Custom Metadata used to complete the action. To find the label of your SharePoint Object Setting, go to Salesforce Setup > Custom Metadata Types > click "Manage Records" next to SharePoint Object Settings > Use the value in the "Label" column for your SharePoint Object Setting. Ex. Account
SharePoint Id*	The SharePoint Id of the folder to move the item into. Ex. 01XLRJ892KEMNVY7T4ZQPHALM77REZWBFA
Original Document Library Id Override	(Optional) Override the Document Library Id set in the SharePoint Object Setting where the item currently resides. Ex. b!a3D9jXp9LuUteRm9yFg7TP00BcAoF2yzLpMIUvH9WcLQFx9OmR-yzQ4_kZq6LpmXK
Original Site Id Override	(Optional) Override the Site Id set in the SharePoint Object Setting where the item currently resides. Ex. oscorp.sharepoint.com,5e3c4f21-8abc-4fd2-b197-9f57d203e7a1,bc12de34-45f7-4989-a654-88329ff4ab93

Output Variables

When the action successfully runs, it will return an Apex-Defined variable of the fileforcem1__FlowActionPayload class. See below for explanations of the available properties on this output class:

 

Name	Description
Error	A string of any errors that occurred during the action.
Item	A fileforcem1__SharePointItemData Apex-defined variable of the SharePoint item related to the action.
Success	A boolean that returns true if the action succeeds and false if it does not.
