Prerequisites

1. sFiles version 1.50.1 or later installed.
   1. Visit sFiles on the AppExchange and click "Get it Now" to update to the latest version.
2. You have followed sFiles setup guide to setup an object with sFiles (Brand new sFiles setup).
3. CSP Trusted Sites must have the SharePoint domain added to the Trusted Urls (How to add SharePoint domain to Salesforce's CSP Trusted Site ). This is usually added during the initial set up phase.

Steps to Configure

1. On the desired screen in your screen flow, select sFiles Flow Uploader from the "components" list and drag it onto your screen.
2. You will notice a number of fields that can be specified on the sFiles Flow Uploader component. Please see below a description of each field.

Required Values

The sFiles Flow Uploader requires the following values to operate:

1. *Site Id - Specify in one of the following locations:
   1. Org settings
   2. Object settings
   3. Site Id Override field (below)
2. *Document Library Id - Specify in one of the following locations:
   1. Org settings
   2. Object settings
   3. Document Library Override Id field (below)
3. *Folder Id - Specify in one of the following locations:
   1. Object settings
   2. Folder Id field (below)
4. *Named Credential - Specify in one of the following locations:
   1. Org settings
   2. Object settings

NOTE: If you specify a required value in the object settings, the Object Settings Key field (below) is required. If you specify a record field (ex. Record.Sharepoint_Folder_Id__c), the Record Id field (below) is required.

Fields

Name	Description
Allow Multiple Files	When true, users are allowed to upload multiple files at a time. (Boolean value) Ex. "{!$GlobalConstant.True}"
Allowed Extensions	Comma separated string of all file types allowed by the uploader. If no value is provided, the Uploader will allow all file types. NOTE: You must include the period (".") for a specific file type to fully leverage this feature. See Salesforce documentation on the lightning file input's "accept" property for more information. Ex. ".doc,.docx" or "image/png, image/jpg"
Document Library Id Override	The Document Library Id of the SharePoint upload folder location. This value will override the document library id in the SharePoint Object Setting if one is specified. To input a field value from the record, precede the field API name by 'Record.'. Ex. "Record.Document_Library_Override__c" NOTE: This parameter requires an sFiles Enterprise license.
File Size Limit	Restricts the file size (in Bytes, KB, MB or GB) of each file that can be uploaded through the uploader Ex. 10 MB
Folder Id*	The Id of the SharePoint upload folder location. Ex. '03XULLLHY6WLUNU95CEH26GLIXXBNYJ5LG' To input a field value from the record, precede the field API name by 'Record.'. Ex. "Record.Folder_Override__c" NOTE: The folder Id can include a relative path to a subfolder as well. For this configuration, add a comma (',') after the SharePoint Folder Id followed by the subfolder path. In the below example, sFiles would use the folder Id of the opportunities subfolder. Ex. "015MTR2Q3GJVBZHR2DNZB3L4XHNAGJTM6B,Engineering/Opportunities"
Hide Modal	Hides the modal that displays the file upload progress and cancel buttons. (Boolean Value) Ex. "{!$GlobalConstant.False}"
Label	Label to show above the upload input. Ex. "Upload File Here:"
Object Settings Key*	Unique key of SharePoint Object Setting generated by Object Settings Key Generator in sFiles App Settings. This value can be retrieved from the Object Settings in the sFiles Admin Panel (Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages > click "configure" next to sFiles > click "Object Settings" in the left navigation pane)  sFiles retrieves the following values from the SharePoint Object Setting:  Site Id Document Library Id Security fields Ex. "Account:y-80r+Jw3pxxmbd2h2M5BGEbJ7f/iQoYdQtg34jh29B="
Record Id	The record Id of the related Salesforce record. This is only required if you are using the record context feature ("Record.") for another parameter or you are implementing security fields from the SharePoint Object Setting. Ex. "001RK00000A3PFRGA3"
Replace Existing File	When true, a newly uploaded file will replace a file of the same name in the SharePoint folder (Boolean Value) Ex. "{!$GlobalConstant.True}"
Site Id Override	The site id of the SharePoint upload folder location. This value will override the site id in the SharePoint Object Setting if one is specified.  To input a field value from the record, precede the field API name by 'Record.'. (Ex. 'Record.Site_Override__c)" NOTE: This parameter requires an sFiles Enterprise license

Retrieving the Status of the Uploader

The sFiles Flow Uploader has a "status" property, which provides a user-friendly string of the uploader's current status.

See the below screenshot for a simple example of displaying the status of the component (Ex. {!sFilesUploaderCmp.status})

Some possible statuses include:

• Preparing Uploader
• Ready to Upload
• Uploading Files: [# of files]

Retrieving Errors from the Uploader

Retrieving errors is similar to retrieving the status. The sFiles Flow Uploader's "error" property provides a comma-separated string of any errors that occur with the uploader.

See the above screenshot for an example of displaying the errors (Ex. {!sFilesUploaderCmp.error}).

Retrieving File Information from the Uploader

To retrieve file information will depend on whether the uploader is configured for single-file upload or multiple-file upload.

Retrieving File Information for Single-File Upload

To retrieve file information for a single file, you will simply access the uploadedFile property on the sFiles Flow Uploader Component. The uploadedFile property is a fileforcem1__SharePointItemData Apex-defined class variable. This class has the following properties:

NameWithoutExt	The name of the file without the extension Ex. My Test File
OpenUrl	The URL to open the file in SharePoint
Size	The size of the file formatted Ex. 74.4 KB

In the screenshot above, you can see an example of the "NameWithoutExt" property of the file being displayed (Ex. {!sFilesUploaderCmp.uploadedFile.NameWithoutExt}).

Retrieving File Information for Multiple-File Upload

Retrieving file information for multiple-file upload requires a little more configuration.
Since flows cannot parse complex data of multiple files automatically, sFiles can only automaticaly display a comma-separated string of the file names. You can see an example of this in the screenshot above (Ex. {!sFilesUploaderCmp.fileNames})
To retrieve more data from each file, a loop will be required. Follow the below steps to implement:

1. Create an Apex-Defined collection variable for the fileforcem1_SharePointItemData class:
2. Assign the "uploadedFiles.Items" property (Ex.{!sFilesUploaderCmp.uploadedFiles.Items}) to this variable
   1. 
3. Loop through this collection to retrieve the file information from each file. Keep in mind that the items are apex-defined variables of the apex class, "fileforcem1__SharepointItemData". Use the table above to view the properties on this class.
